Nov 12 2017

Fast-casual Japanese restaurant, Chez Sushi has unveiled a new outlet to its ever-growing ‘fleet’ with the launch of its innovative food truck down at Kite Beach in Dubai. The Kite Beach menu has a range of tasty appetisers to get guests rolling. From edamame, yakitori and gyoza, to a variety of fresh salads including calamari, seaweed or seared salmon, healthy snacking is a ‘must’ down at the beach.

Rock shrimp and chicken (fried or grilled) katsu curries are on offer as main meals, while two special beach bentos are available for those looking for variety.

Chez Sushi’s sushi range, including fresh sashimi and signature rolls can be ordered, along with the all-new Chez Sushi burritos served with either white or brown rice.

Chez Sushi also offers beach-goers custom built rolls allowing them to follow the steps and create their own maki perfections while soaking up the sun. Guests can end their meal with the famous moshi ice cream and sum the experience on a sweet note.

The food truck is open from 12pm to 10pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and 12pm to 12am from Thursday to Saturday.
