Ultra Brasserie’s new menu gets a healthy twist

Ultra Brasserie’s new menu developed by Head Chef, Andrew Matthews shall incorporate more vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes with the introduction of plates such as their Gluten Free Pancakes, Green Poke Bowl and The Ultra Veggie Burger.

Popular breakfast items, such as their Smashed Avo, remain on the menu however there’s now a total of ten dish options to kick-start your morning. Packing in all the nutrients, the fresh fruit blends offer mixes such as Wild Berry, All the Greens and Rock-It, along with six additional flavourful varieties. In the afternoon, guests can choose from main dishes such as the Salmon A.T with zesty gremolata, asparagus and roasted cherry tomatoes to their smokey sriracha Pulled Chicken Burger with bbq’d onions and Asian slaw.

Having opened their first location in Emaar Square, Ultra Brasserie serves the Downtown Dubai district, as well as Dubai Marina, making it a perfect spot for breakfast and casual dinners. Inspired by Australia’s café-cool dining scene, Ultra Brasserie channels traditional flavours and modern trends, in a contemporary, yet relaxing environment.
